Consistent self care activities may be new to you. Here are self care activities that you can implement immediately and quickly. You can put these self care activities into your weekly schedule and build consistency from doing one or both of these.

If you have not practiced self care consistently, do not try to do everything you see immediately. There is a self care movement out here and that will have you believe that you need to practice yoga, drink green tea, and run a few miles to accomplish true self care. This may work for some; however you may need something else.

The key with self care is finding your groove.

What do you want to do with your time? Self care time is for rejuvenation- you are not trying to pick up a new skill. Self care is doing something easy that provides you with the ability to get into a calm mental and physical state.
